Under the distance selling regulations in Ireland you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from www.emminailireland.ie and receive a full refund. Order cancellations must be made by email to email@example.com.
Cancellations must be made before the order is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched already, you must return the goods to us within 14 days in order to receive a full refund (excluding the delivery cost). Wrong item received
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us by email within 72 hours of delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number together with your name and address, and the details of the product. Unfortunately we will not be able to action any requests once this time has passed.
All goods supplied by the Company are warranty free from defects for 14 days from the date of supply. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you wish to return the goods because you claim that the goods are defective (ie “faulty”) you must do this within 72 hours of delivery by first contacting our customer services team at email@example.com who will advise you of how to do this and then by posting the goods back to us. You may specify whether you require a refund or a replacement. Please refer to our returns policy. We will examine the potentially defective returned goods and contact you. Where you have required a refund we will notify you of your refund within a reasonable period of time. We will endeavor to process the delivery of a replacement or the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 2 days of the day we confirmed to you that you were entitled to a refund or replacement for the returned goods.
We cannot replace electrical products that have been accidentally damaged by you or products that have not been used in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.
Whilst in transit all purchases are insured by us until they are delivered to you. We require a signature for all goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
We require your express consent if we wish to contact you for direct marketing purposes (by email or social media). By creating an account or subscribing to our newsletter you are consenting to receive marketing emails. Marketing emails can come from Emmi-Nail Ireland and Belle Artists. You are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time.
