Return Policy

You may return your order, or any part of your order within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding delivery charges) provided that:

  • You have contacted us about returning your order by emailing
  • You have proof of purchase. 
  • Products returned have not been opened or used.
  • Products are in the original packaging and are not damaged.

Terms & Conditions

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are returning items, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to return your items to us. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items. We are unable to offer refunds on items that do not reach us.
  • Items that are lost or damaged during return shipping are out of our responsibility. It is your responsibility to package return items carefully to avoid damage during shipping.
  • You must present proof of purchase. 
  • A refund will only be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned items. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If a returned item appears to be opened or used, we will regrettably not be able to offer a refund, or return the item to you.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • The refund will be transferred only to the card/bank account that the purchase was originally made from.
  • Customers will be refunded the price they paid for the goods at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 working days.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged or faulty goods

If your order arrived damaged or faulty please raise an enquiry with customer service within 72 hours of delivery by emailing Unfortunately we will not be able to action any requests once this time has passed.

We will require an image or video showing the damage or fault of the item received and proof of purchase to be able to provide a solution.  

In the case of a damaged item during transport please contact the delivery company.

In the case of faulty/defective electrical items we will provide a replacement product.

We cannot replace electrical products that have been accidentally damaged by you or products that have not been used in accordance with manufacturers instructions.

We cannot replace products that were not bought from this website.

Missing or incorrect items

You should notify us within 72 hours of delivery of any missing or incorrect items in your order by emailing Unfortunately we will not be able to action any requests once this time has passed.
