Where are emmi®NAIL Ireland products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in Germany.
I’m not a qualified nail technician, can I buy your products?
emmi®NAIL Ireland products are intended for professional use only and therefore can only be purchased by qualified/certified professional nail technicians, or students on our courses. You will be required to create an account and upload a copy of your qualification(s) prior to purchase. Orders will be on hold until uploads have been received, reviewed and verified.
I made an order even though I don’t have any qualifications. Will I still receive my order?
Unfortunately if you cannot provide any proof of qualifications, your order will be cancelled and you will be issued a full refund.
If you would like to become a qualified nail technician you can enroll on one of our Beginner Level Courses here. Once enrolled you can then purchase emmi®NAIL Ireland products.
I’m currently a student elsewhere, can I make an order?

How do I upload my qualification?
You can upload your qualifications here. Or login/create an account and upload from your dashboard.
I uploaded my qualifications, when will they be reviewed and verified?
The verification process can take some time. Please allow up to 72hours for reviews to be carried out.
Your qualifications and email address must match your emmi®NAIL Ireland account details. Inconsistencies may delay the verification process, or your account may be deemed ineligible.
Have you received my order?
Payment processing can sometimes take a number of days. After completing your order, you should receive a confirmation email with your order number. Allow a couple of hours for the email to come through and if it is not there, check your junk folder. Once your order has been processed you will receive a dispatch email.
Why is my order on hold?
Orders may be on hold for a number of reasons.
- You have not uploaded copies of your qualifications/certificates.
- Your uploaded qualifications/certificates are being reviewed & verified. This can take up to 72 hours.
- You order contains a backorder/preorder item and so the whole order is on hold until that item is in stock. See Shipping Info for terms & conditions.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We are unable to change any orders that have already been placed. However we may be able to cancel your order if it has not been dispatched yet. If it has been dispatched and you still wish to send a product(s) back, you can still return your items for an exchange or full refund (excluding delivery charges) within 14 days of purchase.
The colour I received does not look the same as what is on the website.
Whilst we make every effort to show colours in their truest light due to vast variations in screens, devices and settings colours may appear different in person than online.
We recommend if you are unsure about a shade or are looking for a specific tone, contact our customer service team for assistance as a colour received that is not as expected is not deemed as a fault.
I received a dispatch email, but my tracking is not working.
It can take up to 24 hours for your tracking to be activated after you receive your dispatch email.
I wasn’t available when my order was being delivered. Where is it now?
Our courier partners will make 2-3 attempts to deliver your parcel. If they are unsuccessful the parcel may be returned to us. In these instances your order will be refunded excluding any delivery charges. If you request the parcel to be resent additional delivery charges may be required.
My tracking states as being delivered but I have not received my parcel
We recommend contacting the courier specified in your dispatch email as soon as possible. Whilst in transit all purchases are insured by us until they are delivered to you. We require a signature for all goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
